php5-pear-role_web

Provides a Web file role for the PEAR installer

The web custom file role provided by Role_Web allows "front end" PHP applications to be installed in any specified location.

The Role_Web package adds a PEAR configuration option called "web_dir", which should be set prior to the installation of a package that needs it.

For exmaple, "pear config-set web_dir /var/www/htdocs" will result in any PEAR package containing files of the role type "web" to be dropped in /var/www/htdocs.
