Title: IP Protocol Logger

ippl is a configurable IP protocol logger. It currently logs incoming
ICMP messages, TCP connections, and UDP datagrams. It is configured
with Apache-like rules and has a built-in DNS cache. It is aimed at
replacing iplogger.
